Function of the valve clamp
The valve clamp used in internal combustion engines consists of another pair of rings that mate with the valve spring disc. A valve lock clamp assembly device includes a protection component, an operation box component, a pressure assembly power component, a pressure assembly restriction mechanism, a intake and exhaust pressure assembly switch servo mechanism, a pressure assembly chuck, an intake and exhaust turnover mechanism, a feed and feed mechanism, and a pressure assembly support mechanism, wherein the pressure assembly chuck includes a lock clamp pressure cylinder and a lock clamp sleeve. During pressure assembly of the valve clamp, the lock clamp cylinder acts on the lock clamp sleeve, causing the lock clamp sleeve to move upward due to the action of the valve lifter, i.e. completely separating the two lock clamps of the spring seat. At the same time, the lock clamp pressing cylinder repeatedly moves the cylinder rod up and down, causing the lock clamp pressing sleeve to hit the lock clamp, ensuring that the lock clamp fully enters the spring seat, and ensuring the accuracy of the valve lock clamp pressure.
The valve keys fix the position of the valve stem between the valve spring seats. "There is a groove in the valve, and then a valve spring returns the valve to its original position. However, if something gets stuck in the valve, please use a valve key clip.". At this point, the special tool must be used to press the valve spring, then install the valve key clip in the valve slot, and then loosen the valve spring. When the valve opens, it does not fall and return under the action of the spring.
New engine products need to be equipped with valve lock clips during trial production. During the process of assembling the valve clamp, it is necessary to compress the valve spring before taking out or installing the clamp. Due to the high elasticity of the valve spring, the pressure required to assemble the valve spring is very high. Currently, when using simple pressure assembly tools to assemble the valve clamp, the operator's labor intensity is high, time-consuming and laborious, and it is unsafe.
When assembling the valve clamp using an automatic hydraulic system, although manual work is not required, the investment cost is higher. In addition, there are various engines on the market. Simple tools cannot be applied to all types of engines, and their versatility is low. However, manufacturing a special tool for each type of engine can be costly, inefficient, and a waste of resources.
The support rod and the second support rod are both arranged on the working platform and extend along the bottom of the working platform to the top;
A third connecting rod overlapping between the support rod and the second support rod;
A pressure rod, one end of which is hinged with the third connecting rod, and the other end is a pressure application end;
The stress bar is arranged on the pressure bar and hinged with the pressure bar. A pressure head is arranged at the bottom of the stress bar to cover the top of the valve upper seat.
