The manufacturer of the valve lock clip tells you: Why do motorcycles sometimes fail to be oiled?
Based on my previous maintenance experience, I have encountered the following faults that have caused my motorcycle to be unable to refuel.
① The carburetor is dirty and has water.
Case: Not long ago, there was a motorcycle running to attract customers, which was the Prince's motorcycle. It's easy to ignite, you can ignite it at a dozen, and you can turn it off as soon as you refuel.
Inspection: Loosen the oil drain screw of the carburetor, there are many water droplets on the ground, knocking on the carburetor, and dirty things flowing out.
Repair: Remove the carburetor, clean it, drain the oil from the oil pot, and then ignite and refuel it.
But a few days later, his car could no longer afford gas. As with the last fault, it is obviously caused by gasoline and water. He also has water and dirt in his tank. Clean the fuel tank and carburetor later.
② Line fault (loose plug of high-voltage wrapping wire)
Example: When riding a motorcycle, it suddenly becomes unable to refuel. It was intended to accelerate, but as a result, it continues to refuel, but the speed slows down for a while.
Inspection: The plug wire of the high-voltage package is loose.
Repair: Clamp the positive and negative pole plug of the high-voltage package, and then insert it for test run.
③ Water ingress into the line.
Case: I remember last time it rained, a men's motorcycle suddenly caught fire and refueled, unable to run fast.
Inspection: It is often believed that water ingress into the circuit is the cause, so I picked up the air gun and pointed it at the gunpowder. I blew it off the high-voltage package and before I could see water at the wire plug on the coil, there would be water.
Repair: Just blow the water at the trigger plug dry.
④ Check whether the valve is too tight.
Generally speaking, when replacing the carburetor, igniter, high-pressure bag, and wiring, we need to check the nose, first of all, to see if the valves are normal.
Example: Some time ago, a burned three wheeled motorcycle couldn't afford to refuel, and suddenly it couldn't start to refuel. It needed to pull the air door.
Inspection: If the above mentioned replacement still fails, open the cylinder head and see that the screws on the upper rocker arm have all run out, knocking the rocker arm aside, causing the intake valve to be too tight.
Repair: The manufacturer of the valve lock clip needs to find a longer screw to drive in and adjust the valve clearance. Everything is normal during the test run.
⑤ Misalignment of ignition timing.
Case: A scooter can't run fast, and the fuel gate can't run fast, as if it can't afford to fill up the gas.
Check: The ignition is normal and cannot be turned on. The reason is that the small chain is too long, resulting in a chain mismatch.
Repair: Replace the small chain and align the ignition timing.
The replacement of accessories can also lead to motorcycle refueling, carburetors, high-pressure packs, and igniters.
