When pressing the valve key clip, the lock clip acts on the lock clip by pressing the cylinder with the lock clip, causing the lock clip to move upward due to the action of the valve lifter, which is about to completely disengage from the spring seat.

Function of the valve clamp

The valve keys fix the position of the valve stem between the valve spring seats.

At this time, use a special tool to compress the valve spring, then clip the valve lock into the valve slot, and then loosen it. The valve spring will be fine. When the valve opens, it does not fall under the action of the spring, but it can also return to position.

Valve locking device

New engine products need to be equipped with valve lock clips during the trial production process. During the process of assembling the valve clamp, the valve clamp manufacturer needs to compress the valve spring first, and then take out or install the clamp. Due to the high elasticity of the valve spring, the pressure required to assemble the valve spring is very high. When the valve lock jig is installed with a simple press fitting tool, the operator's labor intensity is high, which is time-consuming and unsafe; Using an automatic hydraulic system to assemble the valve lock pliers requires no labor, but its investment cost is high. In addition, there are various engines on the market, and simple tools cannot be applied to all types of engines, which have low versatility. However, making special tools for each type of engine is costly, inefficient, and resource wasteful.
