The valve key clip is installed between the valve stem and the valve spring seat. When installing the valve lock clamp, it is necessary to use a special tool to press the valve spring seat and valve spring downward, and then use a clip to clamp the valve lock clamp. Install the half ring protrusion on the valve lock clamp into the groove on the valve stem. Then, loosen the valve spring seat and valve spring, and let the valve spring seat clamp the valve lock, so that the valve will not fall when opened, and can return under the action of the spring, so that the engine can work normally.

During installation, the valve lock clamp should be used to clamp the valve lock clamp. The clip between the clip and the valve key clip is unstable, causing the valve key clip to fall off the clip, hindering installation progress. In addition, installation is also difficult. The half ring protrusion on the valve clamp cannot correctly align with the groove on the valve stem, so it is installed smoothly in the groove, causing the lock to fall off seriously, causing the piston to be punctured by the valve, and the engine to be scrapped.
